Besides few differences, best way to put it is the 45-20POV has a built in discharge pump and the 45-20P has a standard drain plug. One allows you to continuously extract water and the other requires dumping when full. The 45-20POV also has a standard drain plug as well.
Both products are a great choice when it comes to adding a mobile extractor to your fleet. Both vacuums are also Wet/dry vacuums as well so no need to carry around two vacuums.
